Just like she said, CJ is back in Iceland. The difference now is that it’s cold as crap and there is a lot of snow. Good thing she bought that wool sweater. To start off her frozen adventures in Iceland, she went snowmobiling. She never went snowmobiling before, so she is a bit nervous. Fortunately for CJ, she was able to drive the snowmobile without any concerns. In fact, she loves driving it so much she might get one when she gets back home. She also did a race against a couple of natives and had a blast. CJ loves speed especially when it comes to motor vehicles. After snowmobiling for a while, CJ then went glacier hiking.
She’s glad that she is wearing comfy but warm clothes because it’s really cold and windy on the hike. The hiking boots she is wearing is very comfortable and insulating. It kept the snow out of her feet and felt pretty heavy to keep her grounded and stable. As she hiked on CJ took the sights around her with appreciation and fascination. All around her is just beautiful nature covered in snow. This makes her look forward to getting to the ice caves.
The ice caves were amazing. She also learned a lot about ice caves and how they are formed. Fast forward to midnight, CJ is sitting on her balcony at the hotel. She is looking up at the northern lights. This is the number one reason why she came to Iceland. She got to see them when she was there for the summer but she believes that seeing it in the winter is better. Something about it being cold and snowing makes it magical.
